FUTURE ECOLOGIES: SURF

Artificial waves and falling bodies.
The piece was commissioned to announce the start of the interdisciplinary project FUTURE IN DERIS / FUTURE ECOLOGIES, which took place from May 4th to 28th in Podgorica, Montenegro. Video "Future Ecologies: Surf" is shown as a standalone installation within the exhibition, also used as a visual component of an artistic multimedia essay on the Internet, the result of an exchange between a small team of artists, filmmakers, curators and theorists.
FUTURE IN DEBRIS, curated by Natalija Vujošević, is a part of FUTURE ECOLOGIES, a program by WE ARE HERE: Artists ’Moving Image from the British Council Collection and LUX developed by Tendai John Mutambu, British Council and LUX.
